What happens when you try?

OP8 months agoI get a red banner that reads : something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label
This happens when I go to buy the label.

Does this happen with all labels or just the label for one transaction?
There could be a problem with the address (missing/invalid street address, city, state, zip code. Too many characters on one line, etc.)
You can go to this link to verify that the address is formatted correctly:
https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm
You can also try using another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.).
