Shipping labels
Recently option to download labels has disappeared and can only select print. These labels are small and print is blurry. Anyone else notice this and, if so, any suggestions?

I am not having this problem. Are you using the app or a laptop/browser?
Have you changed your printer to a label printer, but not changed your settings?
If you give me more information, I can be more helpful.
Here's how to reprint a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the label, then from the Actions drop-down list, select Download Label
- Select Print

OP7 months agoThank you for trying to help. I have changed nothing on my end. A few weeks ago there two options for labels- ‘print’ and ‘download’. Both are still listed, but only print is highlighted and can be selected.

OP7 months agoNot app as app requires ios of at least 17.0. i only use an ipad, latest update is 15.8.5.

I assume you are using a browser on your ipad?
1) Try a different browser - Chrome vs Safari
2) Try using the full version of eBay, rather than the Mobile View (scroll to the bottom to make that change)
