Shipping labels

Question

So Iâ€™m having issue with shipping labels and costs to the point I am literally giving my stuff away

a order that starts out at 16.99 sold after itâ€™s all said and done earning 1.03 really ?

I looked at a couple of your items and your shipping is low. Are you entering the actual package details into the shipping section when you set up your calculated shipping? If not you need to make sure you have all your packaging ready to go so you can use accurate information.

Are you purchasing your shipping labels through eBay shipping to get the discount or are you purchasing them at the PO. The rates you pay at the PO are significantly higher than online.

Also check your setting to see if you are passing along your shipping discount to the buyer. eBay charges their final value fees on the total buyer's payment including the shipping so you are not getting the full amount. If you are charging the buyer the discounted rate you are loosing on each label. You can check your setting here.
