How do I cancel out a shopping label? I took the sold item to ship, but didn't use any of the shipping labels. I made a mistake and created two of them 🤦ðŸ½â€â™€ï¸
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
