Shipping Labels
Relatively new to selling on eBay. I'm selling an item with a buy now price and I want buyer to pay for shipping. I have a buyer who is prepared to send me a shipping label but he is saying he cannot buy the item because I don't have something setup properly on my listing. I do not see any setting where I specify that the buyer is supplying a shipping label.

What is the Item Number?
Has buyer purchased the item yet?
Did buyer pay for it yet?
