Mentor2 years agoIf you want to take the envelope to the post office to mail it using the large envelope rate, you can void your ground advantage label. Be aware that if the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you will be required to refund item price + shipping since you have no tracking to prove delivery.
Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.

·2 years agoYou set your shipping for a Large Envelope, eBay labels don't do Large envelope because there is no tracking.
But you can still mail it using stamps or taking it to the Post office.
