Shipping Labels
I have Sold on eBay for 14 years and shipped thousands of items. For the last three days I keep getting a message that ends "TRY AGAIN LATER". I called "Contact" and they could not make it work. It is now 3 Days what am I to do?

Until you get it working, sign up for a free account at pirateship.com. You can link your eBay account and they will import the shipping info and send the tracking info back to eBay. The rates are pretty much the same commercial rates as you pay on eBay.
Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies for eBay pages? That usually works for me when an eBay page no longer works.

It is not clear from your post which label feature is not working for you.
There are three desktop shipping label pages: Bulk, single, and a newer basic.
This link will take you to the bulk label form:

eBay has generated a simpler URL which redirects back to the ugly URL.:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/single/bulk
The single page once had a similar ugly URL that ended with an order number:
https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/single/xxxxxxx
eBay now redirects single orders to a simpler URL that ends with an order number:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/single/xxxxxxx
To get to the single "advanced" or single "basic", you will need to navigate directly from an order and switch between the two at the top of the label page.
That page for single labels will have the option to switch between "advanced" and "basic", but I don't recommend "basic" as it hides important features.
Because of the changes in the URL (one redirecting forward and one redirecting backward), you may simply have a cache issue.
