    Shipping labels
                     

    Two shipping labels were printed unknown to me till after package was delivered 

    both tracking numbers showed delivered but only one package sent how do I get a refund

    You can void a label within 5 days of purchase here:
    https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

    It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
