shipping labels
I just purchased a thermal label printer that will only print the shipping label. My Ebay account is set up to print the label on 1 side of the page and an information page on the other side. Where can I go to change this set up? If someone could help I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoThere is a Print Format "Change" button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen.
- If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the "Show additional shipping options" on the upper right, then look again.
Click the "change" and you can select the 4 x 6 layout for your label printer.
