Why are the shipping labels only printing with out the other half of info that was there for the last 20 years ?

Why are the shipping labels only printing with out the other half of info that was there for the last 20 years ?

·3 years agoWhen you are printing the label, look on the right side and click on this:
On the next page, click on this:
On the next page, make sure the box for instructions and receipt is checked.

OP3 years agoThank you , somehow I must have changed that with out knowing ,Now I have it back to normal , Thanks for your help .
