Mentor1 month ago@curat2 You will need to cancel the sale as problem with Buyers Address from the drop down menu next to the sold item. This will refund the buyer then you can relist and they can buy again.
It is NOT possible for the seller to edit the address on the shipping label even if the buyer gave you different info or you lose seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
Before they buy again they should go to the USPS site and do a zip code look up for their address. An abbreviation or punctuation may confuse the eBay system if it is not exactly the same.
