Shipping label void request

UPS Shipping label was created almost 2 weeks ago. I immediately requested to void the label as it was the wrong rate. When I looked on shipping labels, it still states â€œvoid requestedâ€ no activity, no refund issued.

When you void a label, it takes 2-4 weeks for a refund.

USPS is typically 21 days.

I don't know UPS's timeframe but I suspect it is similar. They want to be sure the label hasn't been used.
