This gets a bit frustrating... I wish there was a way for Seller to request Buyer update the address.
The only way to do this, while keeping your Seller Protections (you want that), is to nicely reach out to the Buyer. Cancel the order & have buyer repurchase it via a Buy it Now listing and put the correct address in at checkout.
Send Buyer message, something like this:
"Unfortunately, your shipping address needs to be corrected/updated. There's only one way to do this.
eBay only allows sellers to ship to the exact address entered at checkout, and the system doesn't allow me to edit it on my end.
To fix this quickly:
I will cancel this current order so you are refunded immediately.
I will relist the item for you.
Please re-purchase with your full, updated address at checkout.
I apologize for the extra step! Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your order!"

If the buyer messaged you saying they used the wrong address, you have to ship it to the one you received to keep your ebay seller protections, and there is no way the buyer can send you the correct one through ebay mesages.
You can cancel the sale using Problem with address as the reason which automatically refunds the buyer, and does not give your account a defect. Then relist it for the the buyer to repurchase. You can use a title like Private listing for (ebay username) and add only one photo. open the link below to learn how to cancel.
