SHIPPING LABEL SCANNED, RETURNED TO SELLER
I printed the shipping label ebay sold to me and took it to the post office. The label was scanned, but then returned to me because the item had lithium batteries but the label didn't have an H on it. I had to purchase another shipping label which costed me even more! How do I get my money back from ebay?

When a Seller purchases a label on eBay, there is a box to check to indicate if the package contains hazardous materials so the correct label is printed.
Because the post office scanned the original label, the post office will not issue a refund for that label.
