Shipping label scanned as received by USPS but not excepted, can't cancel
I Purchased the suggested shipping label from ebay and when i went to ship my package it was over weight. I came home to print a new one and cancel the original and they had marked the package as shipped. now I have paid for 2 shipping labels. ebay said USPS is to refund me USPS said ebay as the third party that sold the label is the one to refund me. Anyone know what my next step is?

Go to this page in your account, Track and manage your shipments
Use the drop down menu on the left for the label you will NOT use and scroll down to Cancel label, click that.
Complete the label cancelling process.
NOTE:
-You have 28 days to cancel a purchased label on eBay.
-You will be refunded in 21 days or less.
-When you purchase a label on eBay you can print it up to 5 times before needing to buy a new one.
