Shipping label Reimbursement
Hello,
Recently logged in & saw in my (available funds) a negative balance. I see 3 shipping labels for one item sold and was delivered. How can I get a reimbursement for those two additional unused shipping labels? Thank you for your time.

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
