Shipping label refunds
Good morning I purchased a UPS shipping label through Ebay that has a 5 day guarantee delivery time It took 7 days to get there. How do I go about getting a refund for this label or is it possible. Thanks for your help.

I have never heard of a guarantee on any service other than overnight. Why do you think the 5 days was guaranteed?

OP1 year agoAll UPS Ground packages are guaranteed to be delivered within 1-5 business days this is a copy and paste and this is what it says on their website

I searched for ups service guarantee, and found this page -

It lists only next day and 2 day as guaranteed services within the US.
I think you should try calling ups customer service and ask them to verify if your service was guaranteed, and if so, how to claim a refund.
