Shipping label refund not received yet
Hello
I haven't received my cancellation shipping label refund yet since 3 weeks
any idea about, why i haven't received my $ 12.92
yet?

The money will be deposited in your eBay account.
When the label says 'cancelled' you've been refunded.
When it says cancel requested, you are still waiting for a refund.
(If it says manifest, you need to cancel the label)
Try checking on the website here

Look at the label - there will be 2 entries, one for each label.
Here is what a USPS void refund looks like on mine. Here is your all transactions list: https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist
Then click "Shipping labels" and look for Transactions in black instead of Red. If you search by order number it will show only items for that order.
$5.97 (refund is black)
not
-$5.97 (payment is red) The money will be deposited in your eBay account.

Once the refund is approved, it usually takes about 21 days. I'm not aware of a way to check the status.
