Shipping Label Refund - No Refund after a 7 days!

I don't know how this happened. I went to buy my shipping label to send two tennis rackets. When I clicked purchase the browswer loaded the next page and I saw $191.98. I thought, wow, that can't be right and clicked the back button. Then clicked buy label again and the correct $12.37 price appeared and I purchased.

Unfortunately, I somehow seemed to have purchased the 190 dollar label as well. I requested a refund the same day. And I have yet to be refunded. This label was never used. I don't even know how it could cost $191 to ship a box under 2lbs unless there was a time travel option.

Where is my refund!?

Here is a link to the eBay Help page on shipping labels and down the page is the section on cancelling, the policy clearly states you should see the refund within 21 days not a month: Printing and canceling shipping labels | eBay

You only purchased that label 8 days ago...it can take up to a month to get a refund on a cancelled label.

Hi @bsl113

Did you use the drop-down menu on the left of the item on this page and select Cancel? Track and manage your shipments

If so then it will take up to 21 days to see the credit back on your account. If you did not have enough Available funds at the time of that label purchase then they used your back up payment method that you should have set up on your account.
