Shipping label refund
I had a label that would not print so I requested a new one. It said that the refund was being processed. It’s been a month and I have not received the refund for the first label. The help section isn't very helpful. Is it impossible to email or talk to someone?

If you Cancelled the label on this page: Track and manage your shipments
the credit should appear on your account in 21 days or less. You can check the Recent activity file on the right side of this page for the label credit: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

OP7 months agoIt says the cancellation was rejected and I cannot request another one.
