Shipping label refund

Question

I paid over 100$ for a mistake shipping label for a 5$ item

this was jan 8

i cancelled the label but have not received a refund

i have one confirmation email

what do i do if i donâ€™t get the refund soon

go go the post office? It was an ebay label

please help!

If this was USPS label, it can take up to 21 days. I have found that it take that entire time. They want to make sure it is not used.

Canceling a shipping label

You have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.
