Shipping label refund

Question

I was going to use ebay shipping label for an item sold and shipped on 1/3/26. In the past, when using ebay label, you'd get a choice of shipping types before making a selection. When I selected the label, it went right to purchasing it. The amount was significantly more than if I used my own account. So I didn't print the label.

It still deducted from my account. I filed a label cancellation 2 weeks ago and haven't received a refund.

How do I get my money back?

@storm801 The refund takes about 3 weeks, so you need to wait a bit longer.
