Shipping label refund

Question

So I called last weekend because I could not get FedEx to refund a canceled shipping label and ebay was billing me for the unused label. The customer service said it had to be fixed my tech support and should be able to cancel next day next day .I can get refund its closed then ebay took their shipping. Money . Now you can reach anyone by phone my issue does not fit any of their AI components you cannot even email them .The chat bot won't help because it doesn't fit in any of their boxes .

I filed the complaint lady assured me they would fix .now I out the shipping money won't use them anymore just because the people are unable to reach there should be an open chat bot if they are not going to provide a box for me to talk with anything

WILL CLOSE MY EBAY OVER THSI .

You have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
