Shipping Label Refund

Question

I was having an issue with my label printer and ended up buying 3 shipping labels for the same shipment. I cancelled the first two and used the 3rd one. I am still being charged for the first 2 labels even though I cancelled them. Am I going to get refunded the money for those two labels?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

For the future, if the label is ordered, but the printer doesn't work, just reprint it this way,

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the label, then from the Actions drop-down list, select Download Label

- Select Print
