Shipping label refund
We accidentally purchased a shipping label before changing the information. I canceled the label it said we would be refunded. It's now been almost a month and there's been no refund what am I supposed to do? I have tried eBay but all you get is automated junk

Mentor1 year agoRefunds from the USPS usually take 2-3 weeks as they want to confirm the label was never used. The last time I overpaid, USPS sent a message to ebay, and ebay sent a message to me. The amount refunded was included in a payout.
