shipping label refund
I recently mistakenly clicked on the link to purchase a shipping label and asked for a refund. I cannot get through to a live person of a live chat to speak with someone. Very frustrating! Does anyone know how to connect to an Bay rep?

If it was a USPS label you voided it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. The system will notify you when you are refunded. More details on the page below.
