Shipping label refund?
I accidently purchased ground label instead of priority I needed. Is there a way to reverse that now. Just happened

I accidently purchased ground label instead of priority I needed. Is there a way to reverse that now. Just happened

·2 years agoHi @krfamilyfinds First void the Ground label. USPS will eventually refund (typically in 10 days or so). Then pay and print a new label for Priority (reprinting will only print the Ground label). Double-check that the new tracking number is shown for the order (you may have to edit to select the new number).

OP2 years agoThank you, this helps! I had voided it but am having trouble finding the other shipping options it had given me, so I come back and try again.

·2 years ago@krfamilyfinds Go to Orders > Actions > Purchase another label. Change the Service from Ground to Priority, then Purchase shipping label.
