shipping label receipt
I can no longer print the shipping label receipt with the shipping label.
They used to print together on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper.
What happened to that feature?
Is there a setting somewhere that was turned off in my settings?

Mentor2 years agoWhen you go to print your labels, look in upper right corner under ORDER DETAILS. Click Show More. At the bottom click CHANGE. Select PDF and below the label size select if you want the receipt.

OP2 years agoThank you!
I had to "Switch to advanced shipping" to see the options you described.
Somehow I was switched over to "basic shipping." 🤔
