Shipping label purchased too many times.

Question

So I somehow purchased 3 shipping labels for 1 item and I only needed one. Is there any way I can get my money back for the other 2 I didn't use or even need? They have been canceled but I haven't gotten my money back for them and idk what to do to go about getting that money back but I really can't afford to pay $30 for 2 labels that weren't used and have been canceled.

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Locate the Order. Click the 3 dots. Select VOID label. You have 28 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.

@kelci-247 Sellers have up to 28 days to cancel an unused label. Once you cancel, you should see the refund in approximately 21 days.
