Shipping Label Purchase site not opening.
As a Seller, accepted an offer. Was told the usual message of the buyer being automatically charged so I clicked the blue, "Mark as Payment Received". Did I do it too early? I cannot purchase a shipping label through the usual site. Is the Federal holiday or issue with the buyers payment method? Thanks
