Shipping label provided by eBay worth zero dollars. I had to pay for shipping how do I get reimbursed for the shipping label that had no value, according to the postal worker.
Summary: nichol4reese is facing an issue with a shipping label provided by eBay that showed no value, requiring them to pay for shipping twice. They are seeking advice on how to get reimbursed for the unused label, as they are unable to cancel it through eBay.
I'm selling an item on eBay and when I went to ship it the shipping label had no value so I ended up having to pay for shipping. My concern is is that they did scan the shipping label so it looks like they scanned it and it's going out, but I have another tracking number. I tried to cancel the ebay shipping label, but couldn't. Every time I try, it reads as an error. Now I'm paying for shipping twice. Ebay label for $24 and OOP for $45. I would like to be reimbursed for the shipping label I'm not using from eBay.

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
