Shipping label problems
I sold a book and printed the eBay shipping label, when I took it to the post office the people told me that the book weighs more than is listed on the eBay label. I tried to pay the overage and they wouldn’t let me do that? What should I do to get the book to the buyer??

You can void a label within 5 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

You can purchase another label for the correct weight using the option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your Orders list.
