Shipping Label Payment Error – Need Help Shipping Today
I need to ship a product today because I only have until tomorrow to ship it. Every time I try to print the shipping label, it says, “Oops, something went wrong.” What can I do to ship the product today? It also says, “We were unable to load the payment option. Please try again later.”

Mentor3 weeks agoTo pay for the shipping label, you scroll down and click either Pending payout or Paypal. If you select Paypal, make sure you have specified a specific credit card in your Paypal account.
If you are trying to use bulk shipping, select to print each label individually. That is what I did the last time ebay said shipping wasn't available. I have 2 shipments today, but I won't be printing the labels for a few hours more.

On the Label flow you have two choices on how to pay for your labels.
-Your funds
-PayPal
If you have a back up payment method set up on your account (on the following page) then it will be charged if Your funds are deficient, many use a credit card: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
You also have the option to buy a non-discount label at the carrier's counter and take the receipt home with the tracking number and ADD-ing it to the sold item for your protection.

As @mr_lincoln , one of our experienced Mentors, mentioned, you can purchase the shipping label directly at the carrier’s counter.
Just take the packed item with you. They will weigh and measure it, calculate the postage, and you can ship it right there. Keep the receipt with the tracking number.
Then go to your Awaiting Shipment orders:

Find the order, click the three dots, select Mark as shipped, then Add tracking number and enter the tracking number from your receipt.
No need to buy the label, take it home, and make a second trip.
After you get today’s shipment taken care of, I would also check your Seller Hub Payments/Financial settings and make sure you have a valid payment or backup payment method available. Since the original error says eBay was unable to load the payment option, that is worth checking so you do not run into the same problem on your next shipment.
