Shipping label overdrafted my bank account

Sold and item and when I went to print the label, I was charged from my bank account instead of from what the buyer pays. Usually I print the label and then I get charged from what the buyer pays me. this this time it just charged me without informing me it was going to be from my bank and I got an overdraft fee. So I technically not only did I give this toy away but I lost money on top of that

When you pay for an eBay label, you need to scroll down the shipping page and change your payment method for that transaction/label.

eBay gives you the option to use your funds or pay another way, you just have to make the correct selection.

Yes, if your ebay account funds are not enough it goes to your back up. You can help avoid this by extending your payout time to keep more funds in your account.

To avoid this altogether make a credit card the back up. Personally I have shipping labels charged to my PayPal account and passed through to my credit card, which makes accounting so much simpler.
