Shipping Label Not Canceling
I am trying to sell some items overseas and made a shipping label. I then realized I made a mistake in the label and created another shipping label with the correct shipping address. I try and look up how to cancel the previous shipping and try and go through the steps and it says that it cannot be refunded. I have not given or scanned the QR code yet. Please let me know if its possible if I can return it and get some money back.

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.

OP5 months agoI tried. It doesn't work. After clicking "cancel label" it brings me to a page that simply says "This shipping label can't be cancelled."
