shipping label issue

ebay lshipping abel was for 2 lbs and usps says a 3lb label is required. how do i cancel original label, get credit and obtain revised weight label

@sunliner2010 You can only cancel the label if it has not been scanned yet.

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

After you cancel the label go to the sold item and select Get Another label from next to the item.
