Shipping label issue
According to eBay, the item is in shipped status, but i have not been able to print the label. I need to get the label first.

OP2 years agoThank you all. I was able to cancel shipping status then reinstate it, and that allowed me another chance to print a label. You all were very helpful, sorry for late response. Take care

You can REPRINT the label for 7 days from the date of purchase on this page>

If you can NOT print the label then you can cancel the label for 28 days from the drop down menu next to the label on the same page.
Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

The sold item will have two tracking numbers so be sure to let the buyer know which tracking number to watch. You can not remove the extra tracking number. If you buy the new label at the post office be sure to upload the tracking to eBay.

As soon as you PURCHASE your label through eBay they show it as Shipped (which is NOT true until the carrier scans it into their system and takes possession of it). eBay also will send a message to Buyers who have notifications turned on that the item has shipped ... again, not accurate.

·2 years agoIf you PURCHASED the label, regardless of whether you printed it, the status will show shipped in the eBay status. This is normal.
