shipping label is incorrect on the weight 6 Lbs to light, how do I fix the weight
I sold an item but I threw in an extra part that added 6 Lbs to the package. The customer has paid for the item and I've included the shipping but I don't want USPS to send it back because the weight is off by 6 Lbs. do i just go to the counter at the post office to get the correct weight and pay the additiona $ ? Thanks!

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
You can now select PRINT ANOTHER LABEL, and this time make sure the weight and dimensions of the package are correct before you print the label.
