Shipping label I purchased showed Glendale Il, being routed to Mexico?
On a recent sale, the shipping label I purchased had an address of Glendale, Il, but when I noticed the delivery date was delayed by a couple of weeks, I checked the tracking and it's being routed to Mexico? The purchaser apparently has an address in Mexico, but did not request it to be shipped there (as reflected on the shipping label). I don't understand this????

Your package went to the eBay international shipping hub. Once it clears the hub, it is sent under a new tracking # to the buyer's address (which you cannot see in the order details).

OP5 months agoI spoke to Ebay customer service and they said they will take care of it since it was incorrectly directed to the Mexico address. Thanks.
