Shipping label from e bay not used and not correct

Question

I'm trying to cancel the shipping label e bay sold me because it's total wrong. I am trying to reach a real person at e bay to help me out. Otherwise they are charging me for something they created and I can't use.

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Then, you can print another label:

1) Go to the order https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

2) Select View Order Details, then Print Another Label <<==

3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your package and select Shipping Method and the correct label will print.
