Shipping label for return
I accepted a request for a refund. Does eBay send a return label to my customer or do I need to? And if I need to, how do I do that?

Mentor1 month agoOnce you accept the return, ebay sends the buyer a link to print out the return shipping label. Buyer needs to make sure the clerk at the carrier scans the package. When tracking shows Delivered back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer.

OP1 month agoThank you very much for the information. I could not find this anywhere that I looked on eBay. After I excepted the return they sent me a message that my next step is to send my customer a shipping label. The more I looked to find out how to do this the more confused I became. Then I finally found this forum. It would be nice If eBay would notify you in a message that they have sent that link to your customer. I guess nobody there has thought about that. They just assume that everybody knows what they do.
Thanks again.
