Mentor3 years agoNo, registered mail postage must be purchased at your PO - the item must be presented to a clerk (or rural carrier).
Why would you want to send something registered? It is slow, and tracking movement is not viewable online.
I would send priority with signature required if the item sold for $750 or more. It will arrive much sooner than registered mail.
