Shipping label fee not refunded
I have not received my refunds for the shipping labels I cancelled! I cancelled the same day it was created and want my money back! There is no number to call and speak to someone! Please help

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
