shipping label fee
I was charge 4.12 for a shipping label. I did not use ebays shipping option and i did not print a label from ebay. How do i dispute this fee with ebay?

On this page you can use the drop-down menu on the left and Cancel a label. A pop up will open and let you complete that process, you have 28 days to do that and eBay will credit your account in 21 days or less: Track and manage your shipments
