I had a shipping label expire and would like to request refund from eBay. How can I do that?

Ebay itself does not sell shipping labels. If you paid for a label on eBay from USPS, for example, and did not need that label, you would have five days to void it for a refund from USPS. If you printed a label, did not use it and more than 28 days have passed, that label expired and USPS will not refund the cost.
