Shipping Label Errors
I sold and shipped two items the same day and accidentally put wrong labels on the two boxes. I issued credit for more expensive item and the buyer of the $20 item will not reply to messages even though she received the wrong much more expensive item, is there anything I can do or am I out for my error?

Mentor1 year ago@katsdeals1 Unfortunately there is no way to make the buyer return the expensive item that they received by mistake. You might try texting or calling them and say something like I am sorry to bother you but I made an awful mistake and you don't seem to be receiving the eBay messages. I would like to send you a return shipping label so that you can send the item back that was purchased by another buyer. I sincerely apologize for this error and the inconvenience.
You will see the buyers phone number by going to View Order details on this page and then select show contact info>
