Shipping label error

Canâ€™t load my shipping label to print and I am in the correct browser. I printed the packing slip but now the actual label will not show up

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.
