Actually you did not "Reprint" the original label, you purchased a 2nd label instead. You can Reprint a label you purchase 5 times just so you know.
On this page you can use the pull-down menu on one of the labels that you will not be using and select the Void label link, a pop up will let you cycle through the Void process and you have to do that within 5 days of buying the label. Your account will be credited in 21 days or less. You will notice on the pull-down menu that Reprint is near the top as is Print another label. Reprint is just that, Print another label means you buy a new one.
