Shipping label double charge
Summary: benchi1836 initiated a discussion about an issue related to being double-charged for a shipping label, but the content of the post was not provided. No responses or additional details are included in the thread as of now.
For an item that I gave out a refund to the original buyer I had to pay $21.57 which included the cost of shipping of $7.04.
When I go to the “what you earned” section at the bottom, I see an order earnings of “14.48” with the shipping label being a total of $14.08. This means I was charged twice for the original shipping label I purchased to originally ship out the product.
If I’m understanding correctly my order earnings should be “-$7.44” instead of “-$14.48”.
Can you please explain to me why I’m being charged twice for the original shipping label when the refund I owed of $21.57 (breakdown shipping $7.04, Purchase price $18.00, Fee credits -$3.47) includes the cost of the return label?
Thanks in advance
