Shipping Label Discount 10% vs 36%
I have two cheapy orders to ship but they are showing only a 10% off retail price for USPS ground advantage. My other orders I shipped today all show 36% off. A glitch? Anyone else having an issue? Or do I just have to raise my shipping costs again because I can't know when I get the 36% off verse the 10% off?

USPS rates are all over the board right now.
If you are shipping under 1 lb items to a 'rural' zip code (even one in a neighboring state) the postage is priced at the 15.999 rate rather than 4, 8, 12 oz
So it can be less expensive to ship across the country than to a rural community in the next state.
